Are DinVeda products organically certified?
Yes. All DinVeda herbal blends and powders are certified according to EU organic regulation 2018/848. Our main suppliers Galke and Biova work with active organic audits. You can find the certificate number on every product package.
Are the products vegan and gluten-free?
All DinVeda products are 100% vegan and sugar-free. They are also gluten-free — with one exception: barley grass naturally contains gluten. For this ingredient, you will find a corresponding note on the packaging and in the product details.
What is the delivery time?
We ship products in stock within 1–2 business days from Munich. Delivery in Germany takes 1–3 business days. Custom Ritual Mix blends (direct purchase, green blends) will be with you within 5–7 business days. For blends requiring manual review, we will get back to you with approval within 1–2 business days.
Where does DinVeda deliver?
Currently, we deliver to Germany and Austria. EU-wide shipping is in preparation. We currently do not ship outside the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany costs €4.90. We offer free shipping for orders over €39.
Can I return my order?
You can return unopened products within 14 days without stating a reason. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened food packaging. Returns within Germany are free of charge.
What is the difference between Ritual Finder and Ritualmix?
The Ritual Finder is a short 6-question quiz that recommends a finished blend from our existing collection – perfect if you are looking for a recommendation. The Ritualmix configurator allows you to create your own 500g blend from 3–6 organic ingredients. Both tools are free.
How much does a Custom Ritualmix cost?
Blends exclusively from our green library can be ordered directly for €34.90 (500g, no waiting time). Blends containing special ingredients such as Ashwagandha or Shatavari incur a €10 review fee — this will be fully credited to your final order.
What ingredients are included?
Our core library includes 20 green ingredients (e.g., cocoa, Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, chamomile, hibiscus, aronia, moringa) and 8 premium ingredients under manual review (e.g., ashwagandha, triphala, brahmi, shatavari). Each ingredient is individually certified and tested for allergens, taste, and application.
Are DinVeda products dietary supplements?
No. All DinVeda products are food in the sense of German food law. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and do not replace medical advice. For health questions, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
How do I prepare a DinVeda blend?
Preparation depends on the ritual. Stir latte blends into warm plant milk (250–300 ml). Steep teas for 5–7 minutes in 80°C hot water. Bowl and smoothie blends go directly into your bowl or blender. You will find a specific recommendation on each product package.
How much of the blend do I use per serving?
Per serving, we recommend 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 g) — depending on the ritual and taste preference. For more intense ingredients like cocoa or ginger, 1 teaspoon is often enough. Start with a smaller amount and adjust to taste.
How do I store the products?
Store the pouches in a cool, dry, and dark place — preferably in the original packaging. After opening, ideally consume the blend within 6 months. For questions about shelf life, you will find the best-before date on the back of each package.
Can I use DinVeda products during pregnancy?
Some herbs are not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your midwife or doctor before consumption — we cannot give a general recommendation. You may find a note on the product packaging for critical ingredients.
